You can revoke Serendipity's access from your Google Account permissions page at any time. Revoking access prevents future Gmail and Calendar reads, but does not automatically delete data already stored by Serendipity.

Email support@joinserendipity.ai from the email address connected to your Serendipity account and ask us to delete your account data. We may verify account ownership before deletion.
What We Delete
Upon verified request, we delete or de-identify Google OAuth tokens, Gmail-derived personalization, world model records, Scout memories, stored Gmail or Calendar excerpts, and operational logs where deletion is technically and legally feasible.
What May Be Retained
We may retain minimal records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or backup integrity. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes and are not used for advertising or resale.
